New online tool for young bereaved people launched

#Help2MakeSense, an online tool and campaign, has been launched to help bereaved young people make sense of their loss.

It has been created by Winston’s Wish, the charity for bereaved children in the UK, and enables young people to access information and tools to help them understand their bereavement.

Fronted by the www.Help2MakeSense.org website, young people are able to access information, advice and support through an array of blogs, videos, podcasts and quotes submitted by other bereaved young people.

It is supported by a new video, highlighting the confusion and difficulty young people face in coming to terms with and making sense of their grief.

To find out more about how Winston’s Wish can help funeral directors to support families of bereaved young people, please visit www.winstonswish.org.uk or contact Corinne on remembering@winstonswish.org.uk to request a funeral directors’ information pack.
